Ecoenergy S.r.l. was founded in 2011 and operates in the field of building services systems, residential and industrial civil works, design and facility management.

The company is certified as an ESCO (Energy Service Company) in accordance with UNI CEI 11352 and aims to provide its customers with top-class energy services and technologies.

Thanks to this special accreditation, Ecoenergy can operate under Energy Performance Contracts with guaranteed energy savings (EPC), sharing with its customers a path of energy retrofitting and environmental sustainability.

Ecoenergy s.r.l. holds:

- qualification under Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) 146/2018 to handle fluorinated gases with no weight limit, through F-GAS certification issued by ICMQ;
- quality management certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001
- SOA certification (Italian qualification for public works contracts)

The company has also implemented an organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which clearly establishes its values of ethics,
transparency and respect for the law.

231 MODEL (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/01)

ECOENERGY SRL has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced the “Rules governing the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal personality”; the Code of Ethics and Conduct forms an integral part of this Model.

Accordingly, acknowledging that ECOENERGY SRL follows the principles of its Code of Ethics and Conduct in conducting its business and in managing its relations with third parties, suppliers undertake to comply with these principles in performing the contract and to ensure that their subcontractors, employees, collaborators and consultants do the same.

All stakeholders are informed and aware that any breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 adopted by ECOENERGY SRL may result in the automatic (“ipso iure”) unilateral termination of the contract by the company.
